Holistic Wellness & Lifestyle Coaching is all about you and your goals. Holistic Wellness is about your whole life and lifestyle and creating the life that you want; therefore, It isn’t about telling you what to eat or how to live. It’s about working with you to determine your goals, creating strategies to help you meet them and providing ongoing support and education.

Whether you are working to improve your health and well-being, achieve a specific personal or professional goal, or simply would like to create more time for yourself or your family, having a coach to listen, bounce ideas off of and provide encouragement and support along the way is paramount to making the changes you want to see in your life.

Rather than focusing on one aspect of your life (for example, a Nutritionist looking at nutrition, a Personal Trainer looking at physical activity, or a Psychologist looking at emotional trauma), Holistic Wellness & Lifestyle Coaching begins from the premise that all aspects of your life and lifestyle are connected and influence each other.

In-person, phone and online sessions are available to provide you with the information and support you need in whatever manner is most comfortable for you.

Together, we determine which areas to focus on and create a personalized Holistic Wellness Plan to help you meet your goals.

If improving your health or managing a chronic condition is your priority, Aimee Jo is a nationally certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant and will work with you every step of the way on your journey to improving your health and well-being. If you are under the care of a physician, she is also available to consult directly with her or him to determine how wellness planning can best complement the treatment you are receiving.

Sessions are shaped to meet your needs and help you achieve your goals. After the initial intake and goal setting, sessions can include any combination of stress management exercises and strategies, chronic pain/illness management, shopping trips for products and foods, nutritional assessment and planning, Reiki, meditation, Chakra balancing, time management strategies, organizing your office or home, space clearing, or many other tools and techniques to assist you in creating balance and well-being in your life.

A typical wellness program will start with 3-4 sessions relatively close together. During these initial sessions, we will:

  • Complete a thorough intake
  • Discuss areas that you would like to focus on
  • Work together to determine your goals
  • Create a plan to meet these goals
  • Discuss beneficial tools and techniques

Once we have determined your goals and created a personalized plan, Holistic Wellness Coaching can take many different forms depending on your needs, schedule and desires. It could be monthly, weekly or daily and can be anything from a 1-hour in-person meeting, a quick online session, or one or more phone calls each day to keep you on track to meet your goals. In our initial session we will determine the frequency and type of interaction that will be most beneficial for you.
