Our mission at Red Door Wellness is to enhance our clients’ well-being by providing services that promote wellness and cultivate balance between mind, body, spirit and home.

We offer individual sessions, including Energy Work & Reiki for people and animals, Chakra Balancing and Guided Meditation, as well as Holistic Wellness & Lifestyle Planning and Management.

Each session is designed to fit your needs. We offer a number of healing modalities to support the body’s natural ability to heal, create and maintain balance and assist you in achieving your optimal state of health and well-being.

For your comfort and convenience, all of our services are offered in your home or office. Phone and online sessions are also available for Holistic Wellness & Lifestyle Coaching, as well as phone sessions for Guided Meditation services.
